About Thrills Casino
Thrills is operated by Betit Operations Ltd. They’re registered in Malta under licence by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain. The site seems to have some money behind it, not least on account of the fact that it has a television advert and it evidently has some major backing. The site launched in 2017 and by the looks of it it's got a bright future ahead of it. Due to the sheer newness of the place, there's still a lot of work to be done in bringing Thrills up to speed. Its social channels only have a handful of followers or page likes as it stands but it seems safe to assume that this will all change soon. Although technically there are 2,000 likes on the Facebook page, it is debatable how much of these likes are genuine given that there is virtually no page interaction.

In fact one of the most concerning things about the Facebook page is that when you look at it, you’ll spot a series of visitor posts from July in which customers are labelling the site a scam and calling them to account over withdrawal issues. This is concerning. Although these claims can't be verified, it seems strange that a casino would not take measures to reply to or to remove these posts. Regardless, the site seems to be fare a little better on Instagram where it has at least posted some attractive looking content, even if it has not updated its Instagram page since May.

Thrilling Banking Information?
Judging by the payment provider logos that can be viewed in the footer of the site, it appears you can deposit funds into your account at Thrills using Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill and Paysafecard. There may be other options as well but unfortunately due to the single page design of Thrills there is not a lot of information to go by. There presumably will be more info once you're logged in to the site but there doesn't appear to be a means of accessing this information when casually browsing the site.

Thrills does appear to have decent customer support at least, for you can get in touch via email, telephone or live chat. In fact, the site makes a big deal about it customer support, including a series of allegedly five-star feedback comments from delighted customers. There is actually a short FAQ on the home page which addresses a couple of questions and confirms that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours and the minimum deposit is £10. If you'd like to learn more however you will need to get in touch with customer support.

A Thrilling Welcome Bonus
There is a welcome bonus worth up to £1,500 and 20 free spins when you join. This bonus cash is split across your first four deposits and it comes with a 20x wagering requirement. Deposits made with Neteller and Skrill are excluded from this offer for some reason. The actual value of this welcome bonus as a percentage isn't stated so it's hard to assess just how good value this offer is. The remaining promotions in place on the site include Happy Hour which operates in the every Wednesday from 11 am. till 3 pm

Lots to Love About Thrills

It is hard to know what to make of Thrills. For the most part, this is a great looking site which has some excellent games and which is beautifully laid out. Indeed, there is a lot to love about this side, particularly if you are a mobile or tablet player. The welcome bonus seems generous, withdrawals are quick and the whole site is easily accessible and includes some promotions that are slightly more interesting than the usual generic ones that can be found at many online casinos.

Given the slightly mixed signals coming from social media however, it is a little early today to declare Thrills an unqualified success. There is certainly more work to be done here to reassure customers and confirm that everything is above board. Nevertheless however it seems fair to give Thrills a cautionary thumbs up based on the evidence to be found on its slick website
