Casino Las Vegas - Review Logo-b11

Casino Las Vegas is one of those casinos that has stuck around since the early days of online casino gaming. The somewhat generic name is very telling of this, but of course it’s expected from a casino that has been around since 1997. When you have a casino that old and that is still around, you can bet it falls under one of two categories. It either remains stuck in the past, with outdated aesthetics and approaches to online casino gaming, or it moves forward, keeping up with modern standards. Casino Las Vegas, we’re happy to say, definitely falls into the latter category. One only has to look at its website, which is sleek and really easy to navigate through. You’d never guess the casino was so old unless you were told so! Of course, Casino Las Vegas’ survival skills may partly be due to the fact that it is a part of GVC Holdings, a globally reputable sports betting and gaming group that includes plenty of other popular betting entities under its belt. Finding this out made us more hopeful about this review because it meant that Casino Las Vegas has a lot more to its reputation than its date of birth. With a good reputation, a good website, and a good hunch, we were all set to delve deeper into Casino Las Vegas. What did we actually find out? Find out in the rest of this review!

Casino Las Vegas Welcome Bonus

People like welcome bonuses. It’s a fact. Nothing can be more off-putting, though, than a welcome bonus that looks really enticing but is just too complicated to understand and access. There always seem to be a couple of undesirable extra steps that would make you want to skip the process and just get to playing. You won’t get any of that at Casino Las Vegas, which has a welcome bonus that is as straightforward as can be. The bonus consists of a 125% exclusive match on your first deposit plus 50 free spins. It is so easy, you don’t even need a bonus code. You minimum deposit you can make to get the bonus in €20, while the max bonus you can receive is €500. You have to wager the bonus 25x to claim winnings, and wager the wins obtained from the free spins x20. These are pretty lenient numbers compared to some other casinos.

Registering an account with Casino Las Vegas

Before you register your account with Casino Las Vegas, you should decide whether you want to download the casino software, or play in your browser. You can technically register online and download the software later, sure, but it’s simply a case of getting your favourite experience from the start. Downloading the software will get you access to more games and more bonuses, so we definitely recommend giving it a shot. Registering the account itself is dead simple. You follow a three-tab process where you first input personal details, then contact details, and finally the details specific to your account, like your username and password.

Other Promotions

Casino Las Vegas changes its bonuses frequently, which should give plenty of excitement to potential new members. Sometimes, the bonuses are even complementary, although there are several other promotions that crop up from time to time. In particular, Casino Las Vegas seems to be a fan of free spins, alongside other bonus packages like reloads and happy hour deals. You can even look into joining the loyalty program to get loyalty points just from betting. As is the norm for loyalty programs, you can turn the points you make into cash. Different types of games will give you points for differently sized bets, but slots, keno, and scratch cards will give you a generous point for every €10 you bet.

Casino Games

Casino Las Vegas’ games are what make you check out the website in the first place. Do they make you stay there? The short answer is yes. The games here aren’t the most exciting we’ve ever seen, but they certainly are interesting enough to keep us playing. The titles here are brought to you by Play Tech, which is a company you can expect quality gaming from. The slots games here are mostly 2D, so don’t expect too much in the way of flashiness. There are some cool features and bonuses, like an abundance of free games you can get through multipliers in titles like Buffalo Blitz and Spud O’Reiley’s Crops of Gold. There are quite a few titles will appeal to those looking for a nice progressive jackpot, like Gladiator or Jackpot Giant, which at the time of writing this review has the largest progressive jackpot with over €3,000,000. The table games here are everything you’d expect from a high end online casino. From roulette, to blackjack, and all else in between, there are all the usual standards of these games you’d want to find, along with a few more adventurous variations.

Live Games

The live casino section is very similar to the table games section in the sense that there are all the expected titles, alongside a couple more niche ones. Take roulette, for example. You can take your pick from tried and true games like Live French Roulette, and others which are perhaps less common, like Live Dual Roulette, and Live Slingshot Roulette. All in all, the live selection is fine, but it’s certainly not the biggest we’ve ever seen. We would have liked to see a slightly wider range, but the question becomes whether Casino Las Vegas even needs to expand its selection here. There are also a couple of titles that are exclusive to VIP members, so if you plan on reaching that status, you have a little something extra to look forward to. Speaking of VIPs…

VIP Club

Do note that Casino Las Vegas’ loyalty program is not quite the same thing as its VIP Club. Anyone can join the loyalty program, and what you’ll be entitled to as a member is loyalty points earned based on how much you bet on different games. It is certainly a neat scheme, and we recommend giving it a shot if you choose to sign up with the casino, but if you need to feel a little more elite, the VIP Club is probably what you’re looking for. Casino Las Vegas’ VIP Club is geared to make members’ experience feel much more personal than it would otherwise. As a VIP, you can expect much more individual attention, including consistent support at any time of the day. You’ll also be eligible for a lot more bonuses and promotion than you would as an ordinary member. Of course, we’re not suggesting that the experience for ordinary users is subpar. It’s simply common practice at online casinos that the VIPs, after all, will be treated like VIPs.

Playing on Mobile

Casino Las Vegas looks alright on mobile, and overall seems to be as optimised for portable devices as other competing casinos. While there’s nothing that stands out here, the graphics are just fine and the navigation is not bad at all. Still, we urge you to stick to your PC if you’re looking to have the full experience at Casino Las Vegas, and the main reason for this is not the navigation but the fact that the casino staff itself admits that the best experience is to be had on the download version of the casino. Playing in flash on your desktop is fine, but you can’t play all the games, so you might find yourself even more limited when playing on your smartphone.

Casino Support

One of the things we found to be very pleasant (but not necessarily surprising) is that Casino Las Vegas can be contacted through all the means you would expect to be available at a modern casino, which is simply more proof that despite its age, it can ultimately be called a modern casino. In other words, whether you want to contact Casino Las Vegas through Live Chat, email, phone or even fax (maybe a few old-school features are hard to break), you’re in luck. Banking Methods

As you’ll see in the table below, Casino Las Vegas has definitely tried to be as inclusive as possible with its banking methods, meaning that it’s unlikely that you will have any problems with selecting payment options. As we’ve come to expect at casinos, there are far more deposit methods than there are withdrawal options, so you might need to make use of two different ones for both functions. Of course, it’s an inconvenience, but it’s a common one. Aside from that, you’ll find that convenience is very much the order of the day here as far as banking options go. All deposit methods allow you to deposit as little as €10, which is great for casual or wallet-conscious players. Furthermore, all deposit transactions are instant. Withdrawals are a little different, as you can only select to withdraw a minimum of €20, and although there are varying casino processing times, the average seems to be around 2 days. That’s not including the bank’s processing time for each withdrawal method.

Go old school with Casino Las Vegas

Our research of Casino Las Vegas is proof that when evaluating a casino – any casino – you need to throw history out of the window a bit and judge it based on your own, personal experience with it. It’s important to know that a casino is reputable and trustworthy, sure, but beyond that it all boils down to whether the casino is for you or not. The fact that Casino Las Vegas is so old will inevitably create either super high expectations or no expectations at all. We ask you to ignore either of these leanings and trust us: Casino Las Vegas is a pretty good casino, and it has nothing to do with its age. In fact, in its current iteration it is much closer to a modern online casino than anything else. There are very few complaints to make here. We think that all the features are good, but not necessarily extraordinary. This is also true of the games selection, which are fun and offer good incentives to play, but are not the flashiest around. Still, perhaps flash isn’t what you’re into. Maybe what you’re looking for is a solid mix of classic and newer-feeling games, with a large progressive jackpot to have a go at every now and then. If that’s the case, then Casino Las Vegas might definitely be for you. Don’t dwell wondering about that’s true or not – hop over to the website and check it out for yourself today.
